John & Etha Wedding – Munro Boutique Hotel Houghton.

Why the title you ask? Serendipity means a “fortunate happenstance” or “pleasant surprise.”

When we met John and Etha for the first time we were blown away by their spunk, zest for life and complete love for each other. We always ask couples how they met, and their story is by for one of our favourites. They told us all about their serendipity moment where they met many years ago, life happened and they landed up going their separate ways. Then, many years later they met up again, fell in love all over again and knew exactly what they wanted for their spectacular wedding. And, what a spectacular wedding at the Munro Boutique Hotel it was!

Etha’s wedding dress was designed by Vesselina Pentcheva and in John’s words looked just like Liquid Nougat. Etha definitely emanated with such radiance and beauty Her eyes lit up every time she told us that she was marrying the love of her life. Secretly I am glad they didn’t get married all those years ago, if they had Gregor and I would never have met this divine couple.

As for the venue, it is a truly magnificent venue in the heart of Johannesburg. It was the perfect venue for John and Etha. With so many places to take photos it made for stunning wedding photographs.
